1st time sex with implant (3rd attempt)

I found that it was difficult to orgasm in the earlier recovery times. I actually think that the implant made my penis more sensitive and I would feel over stimulated, and that makes it hard to come.

Also, during the first couple of months I was still healing, and still had sore spots, which of course distracts from orgasm.

Last, and this is perhaps unique to me. Prior to my implant, I spent over ten years with progressively worse ED. As it got worse, the only thing I thought about during sex was whether I was going to be able to get it up, and hold it. I had stopped thinking about what I should have! Like, how soft and warm her pussy is, like how beautiful and sexy my girl looks lying naked in bed, etc etc.

Once I healed up completely, and allowed myself to stop worrying about ED and just be in the moment of passion, I routinely started to orgasm.

Be patient, I’m pretty sure it will all work out!

Richard, I get your frustration. It took about 4 months for sex with implant to become a "new normal". And even at that point orgasm via PIV was tough due to reduced sensation. I'm about 1 year post-op now, and found that between 4 months and 1 year sensation gradually improved and orgasm via PIV improved. I'm good with it now, and hope you experience something like that or better. Best wishes.

thanks very much brothers for your empathy and advice. Just finished attempt 4 with success. I tried not to pump to the max which resulted in more sensation during PIV. Maybe 70-80% like you suggested it. It was still not easy and needed som doggy pounding but nothing like yesterday and today she just put herself on display for me so I could concentrate on myself.
Lets face it, its not like before when we were healthy without ED, but there is no alternative to it in my opinion.
So let's make the best out of it. Time is on our side.

Richard, it sounds like things might be improving for you but I have found that progress is not always linear. Expect ups and downs, and try to accept that it's just part of the process. Like some other guys have reported, I also struggled to orgasm initially. So, when it wasn't happening for me I just told mrs and we jointly agreed to finish PIV sex at that point and take a raincheck. She is very understanding and I've kept her informed through my entire journey. I would then finish solo as that seemed to work when PIV didn't.

Now I orgasm almost every time from sex. I've also found that it can work much better to mix things up now. I take my time and thrust slowly in between bouts of pounding relentlessly and everything in between. The slow burn seems to build up more sensation, arousal and engorgement. My wife is also very responsive to it, and will grind on my dick for long periods. But I still really enjoy thrusting very hard to finish, and it often gets her off as well, up to a point. Like a lot of women, she usually doesn't orgasm from PIV, although post implant I can get her very close. In any case we have other ways of achieving that.

Good morning, I'm on day 16 after having a Titan OTR implant. Even without the doctor's authorization, I had sex with my wife on days 11 and 15, and masturbated on days 9, 12, and 13. Sex with my wife was with plenty of lubricant in the missionary position. The first time I felt a little pain, but it quickly passed; the second time was better. My sensitivity is better than before; the glans is very sensitive. My prosthesis is 18 cm. Before surgery, I measured 14 cm in length and 15 cm in circumference at the bone. After surgery, I'm 11 cm long and 15 cm in circumference. But I've already noticed that the length is starting to improve; I believe it increased by 0.5 cm. I hope it returns to normal in 6 months. One day I tried using a condom up to the middle of my penis, as I'm afraid of pressing on the prosthesis tubes. It had a great effect on the glans' volume; I measured it and it was 12 cm long. But shortly after, it returned to just over 11 cm. I'm very happy with the results so far. Best choice I've made, zero complications so far. Today I have my 4th post-implant appointment, I believe the doctor will officially clear me for sex.
