Almost the opposite. A while back we had some discussions about orgasm strength. Almost universally the members reported stronger and/or longer orgasms.

I'm well over 2 years in Coloplast Titan and no issues whatsoever. Sensation is very nice and I can only orgasm post fucking. Lost my Prostrate which I'm sure is the reason why.

These implants have existed since 1973. If most men had problems with them, the FDA would have pulled them off the market.

I think most men who go with implants go quietly out the door, the loudest ones get more attention and usually that's due to a hick up or problem with the implant. on this site we celebrate success and renewal of our gender, we also try to help,understand and console when implant issues occur. this door is always open men come and go as they need.
