90 Day Progress Report

Postby vincentarpino » Sun Feb 08, 2026 11:28 pm

Hello to all my Bionic Brothers all over the planet. Just wanted to check-in at 90 days.

So many of you talked me off the ledge whe n I was first activated on Christmas Eve and I was about 3.5 inches. I was devastated. Prior to surgery I was 6.75 - 7" after VED sessions. Since I had been hatd-flaccid for a few years, I couldn't give a fully-erect measurements.

So many of you encouraged me with your own personal stories, advice and counseling me to be patient.

For the past 5 weeks, I've been doing Perito Exercises and cycling to the max for an hour. Painful and uncomfortable but worth it. This week I added a second cycling session/day without Perito.

I have seen very significant gains in the past couple if weeks. I actually reached 6" tonight for the third time...measuring bone-pressed of course. And my girth on the base is remarkable...finally starting to stretch out more evenly with my shaft as the tubing unfolds.

I do think the pump is still riding too high as the deflate button and block sits right under the underside base, but I continue to pull down on the pump twice/day so hopefully it will stop riding up soon.

Also interesting...I take 5 mgs of Talafadil every other day as I do have some healthy tissue in my glans and around the cylinders. It really works when I'm aroused.

I also had one little tube of Eroxon gel in my drawer. Never worked for me in the past, but when I applied it the other night, my glans and shaft got super-engorged and it seemed to help with length and girth as well. Anyone else experience this?

I am thrilled with now being a shower and, even when fully-deflated, my flaccid dick looks pretty impressive. I have also been waking up with morning wood...not like to the max, but maybe 60-65%? I attribute this to the Tadalafil and my healthy tissue for this. Again, anyone else experience this phenomenon?

I do have one disappointment and that is I cannot get my dick to stand at attention. It is stuck at 4 o'clock. Does this change with time? Any recommendations? Any exercises I can do?

I would say overall at this point, I'm pretty satisfied, looking forward to more gains in the months ahead.

Thank you again to this awesome community. And if I can pass it forward to the newbies on the board, feel free to hit me up.

Hi Vince, happy for you, you are doing great. I had my 90 days as well and improving but to catch up with you I have to be little bit more patient and work hard on my cycling. At least mine is standing at 2 o'clock clock.
My deflation is also still tricky due high position.
Btw maybe you should stopp now otherwise you get an 10 inch dick. :D Your results are impressive.

That’s an impressive and beautiful outcome, brother. Truly inspiring to read.I’m just a little over one month post-op and honestly the pain is still very much present at times, so reading updates like yours really gives me hope and helps me stay patient. It’s encouraging to see what consistency with cycling and time can do.I really hope your recovery continues to go in the best possible way, that your penis keeps gaining length and balance, and that everything keeps moving exactly where you want it to be. Stories like yours remind me that this is a long road, but one that’s worth walking.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the community it means more than you probably realize.
Wishing you continued healing, gains, and many stress-free, happy moments ahead.

Pills stopped working. Trimix helped, but injections weren’t sustainable.

Grateful, moving forward.

AMS surgeon instructions actually specify to undersize because the “grower” design would wreck most dicks otherwise (Titans only expand about a cm or two over a long time which isn’t as dangerous in this regard).

The design allows you to become a grower but usually means a lot of cycling to get that post surgical capsule to stretch out. This also might be a reason you are at 4 o’clock. With any brand, the implant cannot reach intended rigidity until it is “unfurled.” Hypothetically, you could achieve max pressure internally, but if the implant is still “accordioned” by length limitations, it might feel tight to the touch but it’s not going to aid stiffness axially. I have the same issue so far and it could be just because of my natural angle, but could also have to do with being only a couple months in and the implant isn’t at full length yet.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

vincentarpino, great update, always good to hear another success story ! As far as "standing at attention", does that happen when you are laying down ? That's a good time to be standing at attention :)

Congrats on a great result!! These updates were so useful to me while I was considering implant.

And kudos to you for be wanting to pass it along to the next guy. That is the spirit of FrankTalk that I like so much.

Hi Nick:

Thanks for your comments. Just paying it forward. I received so much encouragement from the men on this board; and they were right! So, paying homage to them and trying to help others when I can. Patience is EVERYTHING with this. Patience and consistency with cycling, wearing the proper underwear (Sepratec) etc etc etc.

Good luck and keep moving forward...with patience :)

GoodWood, you were one of the first to be totally responsive to me from when I first joined this board. Your advice was invaluable and I cursed you every time I accidently peed into my baby sock!

You encouraged me and so many others. This is what the world is supposed to be like in general. Thanks again!
