Richard, I'm recovering very well. I told my doctor I had sex and he warned me about the risk of infection. I told him I wouldn't do it again until our appointment on February 11th. My wife enjoyed it; it was a long 5 minutes, kkk.

Richard, my surgery was infrapubic, my scrotum remained intact, with minimal swelling. My doctor is also surprised by the recovery. However, I still have some mild pain; I can feel the pump tubes passing along the left side of my penis, and this causes a burning sensation. I stay in bed all day and return to work on Monday, 14 days after the surgery.

Richard, my focus now is on recovering the 1.5 to 2 cm lost after surgery. But it's still early for that, I need to wait for my penis to recover from the trauma. I'm doing 1 to 2 cycles a day, I can't get it as hard as I expected, I pump about 10 or 12 times and it's already hard. The inflated position is just below 3 o'clock. The tips of the prosthesis are well centered on the glans. I believe the doctor did a good job. My pubis is elevated, just above the penis, reducing its size because I can't touch the bone with a ruler. I use injectable hormone replacement which helps with libido. I take 5mg of tadalafil every day. My sexual routine after surgery was: 9th day masturbation; 11th day sex with my wife; 12th day masturbation... today, 13th day, a day off haha, until Wednesday I promise to restrain myself because I have my 4th post-surgery appointment. My doctor is very careful; I had in-person appointments on the 2nd, 4th, and 9th day.

So we have the same goal my bionic brother. It's going slowly but every day an improvement and one good thing comes along, by a long time I did not have this desire for sex like I have now with the implant. I could literally fuck every day, wifey wont play along.

My bionic brothers, I wont boder you much more with my sex life but I need to share this with you.
It's all about the ability to orgasm after implant surgery. I did already experience a change in both sexual sensation and time to reach orgasm.
I gave it today a god pumping, 30-40 pumps so it was rock hard. It seems the feelings getting less as harder you pump it up and accompanied with some discomfort in the shaft, pelvis bone and glans.
So we gave it a try with her on top, usually also my favorite and easy to come, she came twice me 0 so we continued in the same position witch resulted in her 3rd and for me still nada. Ok let's try another position and we did them all, after 1 hour she was worn out and trowed in the towel. I also was now frustrated and did not want to push her further so we called it off.
I am a little worried now how this is gonna turn out, she already said if this is the new normal now I have to pass. I was in good mood before because I thought its not so bad from a fast shooter to more a keeper which gives her plenty of time to be satisfied.
But now it's taking so long that it is not comfortable any more.
I really hope this will settle more in more normal terms in the future, or do you have any idea or advice how to cope with it.

Richard, in my experience if I'm fully inflated to rock hard status it makes it difficult to finish. If I'm 85-95% inflated, it seems to happen quicker.

I found that it was difficult to orgasm in the earlier recovery times. I actually think that the implant made my penis more sensitive and I would feel over stimulated, and that makes it hard to come.

Also, during the first couple of months I was still healing, and still had sore spots, which of course distracts from orgasm.

Last, and this is perhaps unique to me. Prior to my implant, I spent over ten years with progressively worse ED. As it got worse, the only thing I thought about during sex was whether I was going to be able to get it up, and hold it. I had stopped thinking about what I should have! Like, how soft and warm her pussy is, like how beautiful and sexy my girl looks lying naked in bed, etc etc.

Once I healed up completely, and allowed myself to stop worrying about ED and just be in the moment of passion, I routinely started to orgasm.
