You’ve got what you’ve got - honestly, I wouldn’t lose sleep over it. This is coming from a guy who measures 4.5 inches post-implant - and honestly, before implant? I probably clocked in close to 4.75 or MAYBE (maybe) 5 inches on my best day.

Obviously, having bigger is better (unless it's an extreme case, where it's actually detrimental), but unless you are extremely small it's fine too as sex is much more than just a dick size.
