This is a huge concern for me. I feel if I get the implant that I wont get back sexual sensation and orgasm when having sex.
Did you use the penoscrotal or infrapubic surgical approach?
4. no I dont think loss of 1inch affects your sexual sensation. The only thing in my opinion does that is less feelings in the glans (very cold) and/or in the shaft or other issues like discomfort due sore or numbness.

Do you still feel numb anywhere? Does it hold you back from feeling sexually satisfied?
Hows the sex now with the implant?
.
penoscrotal, you are not loosing your sexual sensation completely but in the beginning and during your recovery you might feel less, due to the reasons I mentioned. I still feel numb some parts of the shaft and my glans is not as sensitive as before but should improve with time, dr. words. sex is great, I. dont remember the last time I had a real boner, just this experience gives you so much pleasure and also for her that you dont mind some discomfort. no pressure that you cant perform, like before I knew I would not last to satisfy her and we went into the devils circle, trying failing, trying failing.....
You have to practice maybe different positions and find out what works best for both of you. I can reach climax but it takes maybe more time. And there is another aspect, I have much more desire for sex since the implant, I could literally fuck every day now. Unfortunately its a little bit to much for her

just make sure you get a 1st class high volume surgeon than everything turns out fine.
