Think about it, most guys regardless of size have constraints on how long, how often, etc. they can have sex. They can’t perform when drunk, tired, angry, or not aroused or attracted to their partner. Those of us with implants sidestep all those issues.

So IMO size becomes less of an issue in pleasing our partners, because we have so many other advantages in the bedroom.

I haven’t been able to orgasm from intercourse since my surgery, yet have still had some of my most satisfying sex. Just not having to stress, taking your time, being able to perform in any position, etc. really makes it fun.

You’ll be able to wear out any partner with that thing!

Its something I actually worked on a lot before realizing my ED was primarily physiologic and not mental. Was able to find many ways to stay in the moment even with my ED, but because of the pressures of ED I’ve never been able to completely let go and ENJOY sex fully.

You hit the nail on the head, there. This is the REAL benefit of this. Being able to be 100% present is truly the greatest gift.

The fact that you don't have to work hard to get hard is the reason why implants are amazing.

ElbowRoom, this is concerning. Are you saying that we may not be able to make our partners pregnant naturally after the implant surgery?

I am pretty early in the process, about 17 weeks post-op. I think a lot of men with implants have problems initially with sensitivity and orgasm. For some it lasts a couple of weeks, some months, some longer. I believe LetoMan said it took him 19 months to get his orgasms back reliably.

I’d say the chances of being unable to father children are very small, but not zero. Nothing in life is certain.

No worries, it just strikes me as odd that you have doubts because nobody has posted the pics you want in this thread. There are tons of picture threads on this site, just seek them out instead of asking folks to repost pics they already put up.
