Concealment is looking great to me under the jeans, Old Guy! Also - if you ever felt like you wanted to conceal it even more, opting for dark wash or black jeans would further reduce visible shadows.
33 yrs old. ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.

Yeah, that looks completely acceptable to be seen in public. Guys have bulges. Yours doesn’t look obscene at all.
The only change I noted was that I couldn’t wear tight, slim-fit stretch chinos/dress pants any more. They are too revealing. But anything that is a normal cut (not super slim) and not super tight is fine.
Regular jeans, slacks, chinos, suit pants, swim trunks are all fine.
Even mesh gym shorts are fine provided I wear supportive underwear or a jock underneath. And I always did preop anyway.
I have a 24cm Titan and it’s fine.
