Dr Karpman suggested the classic pump too. Wasn't crazy about the honking, I would rather not honk unless I'm blowing my nose. I've also read its not too bad.


It does give a bit of a moaning noise. It seems to be a function of how fast you squeeze the bulb. If you’re trying to be surreptitious, you can squeeze the pump slowly and it will be virtually silent. I don’t find it to be louder at all really, I doubt a partner would notice it.
