Small Penis
I'm just worried that my penis will always stay so small! I'd be interested in your opinions about my implanted penis! I'm kind of hesitant to buy a pump and start practicing. I don't want to risk damaging it. Would you be satisfied with my penis?

48-year-old male from austria. 2022 prostate completely removed due to cancer. erectile dysfunction for two years. since 2024 i have Rigicon Infla 10 AX implant, 18 cm long + 1.5 cm RTE. I experience dry ejaculations with contractions and no semen.

You’ve got what you’ve got - honestly, I wouldn’t lose sleep over it. This is coming from a guy who measures 4.5 inches post-implant - and honestly, before implant? I probably clocked in close to 4.75 or MAYBE (maybe) 5 inches on my best day.
Honestly, even with ED, I had some amazing sexual experiences with women, a few repeat partners. I learned what works and what doesn’t, how to hit the right angles, how to be communicative to figure out what is feeling great and not. I do think having an average or even an above average sized penis is definitely ideal overall for PIV. But it’s not the be-all-end-all.
Now that I have a 24/7 hard on with my Rigi10, once I’m cleared for sex, I’m just going to do exactly what I used to do pre-implant… but this time with a new super power, the bionic dick that doesn’t quit
