Week 8-9 update
Last week I went and saw a friend/massage therapist in Bangkok who has given me hundreds of handjobs over the years. She knows what gets me off very well and I always have a long session with her. I still had a few stitches but felt I could get a handjob to test the sensitivity and to finally cum after 8 weeks.
What I discovered is that my sensitivity is probably between 40-50 per cent of what it used to be. I attribute this to a combination of nerve issues post surgery that should improve over time and the removal of so much penile tissue due to needing a graft for the Peyronies. I think I can still feel the graft stitches on both sides of my penis (I was told these could take up top 12 weeks to go away).
Despite the reduced amount of pleasure she still had me near orgasm and I distracted her a little as I wanted it to last a little longer. However, once she resumed the tip of my penis became painful most likely from the tips of the implant and I asked her to stop. I do not think I was fully aroused in the glands so less buffer between the tips of the implant and the end of the penis, probably too much in my head analyzing everything. I do not think this will be an issue during sex as there will not be a lot of pressure directly on the head of the penis.
I came back home yesterday and decided to masturbate to completion last night so I could test in a controlled environment. I was able to cum but again the sensitivity was low, but no pain in the head of the penis. I woke up this morning and all stitches are now gone so I will move on the next phase soon, still a little gun shy as it has been more than 6 years since I had intercourse.
I have noticed 2 things about the implant. First it is very loose, as I can move my penis a lot to the left and up and even rotating it. I initially thought the upper rods were the issue but discovered that if I hold the rods under the perineum that the penis becomes much more difficult to move around. I think that having had my prostate removed via the left side has somehow removed some of the structures that might provide stability in this area.
The second thing is that there does not seem to be a lot of penile tissue on the sides and top, again probably due to the Peyronies.
After I have sex I will send some questions to Dr. Banga in India about these issues.
Prostatectomy-2020, no erections - 16 months then Peyronie's onset. Rigicon Rig10 malleable implant with Peyronies graft by Dr. Banga in New Delhi on 12/4/25. 12mm rods, not sure of length.
