Perfectly normal. Some surgeons leave you inflated 30% for five days, some as much as 70% inflated for weeks. All are valid.

My surgeon left my implant 60% inflated for two weeks after the surgery.

Many doctors leave you inflated for a period of time after implantation. Some doctors leave you flaccid. They have their reasons, but I don't know why there are differences in aftercare procedures.
I got left about 60% inflated until 5 1/2 weeks after my implant. Doc tried to deflate me at 2 weeks, but I was too sore.

It's normal to leave it at least 30-50% inflated to prevent bleding and hematomas, which always lead to scarring in the capsula corpora cavernosea.

how do they decide how much to keep you inflated.

my surgeon said he would leave me 30% inflated? is it better to have it more (even if not comfortable)
