5 years check in

It's been quite a long time since I visited here. Life happened. But it's been almost 4 years since I had the implant never been happier. Past 4 years has been nothing but amazing. I had so much sex in this 4 years that I never had in the past more than 20 years( even though I am only 44) .. I wanted to let the community know that I am good happy amazing sex life and no issues with implant . Sometimes I have pain in shaft or scrotum after I ejaculate but manageable. I try to use it as much as possible few times a week at least even when I am bored .. my confidence is through the roof now my focus is to be more fit to enjoy sex even more(well I like to dominate and not just be rode so that requires energy ). Even when woman is on top I like to take charge.
