Hakky told me there was no way i was not getting an implant in this lifetime. Even my first urologist i saw in my 20s predicted ill need one by the time i hit 50. Im 41, just doing it a little earlier. Hoping to get away with 2 or 3 revisions onlu

Yeah man you’re going to do well - Hakky is a rockstar with a proven track record. He’s aggressive about reaching the best patient outcomes and very very upfront. And if maintaining your size is mission-critical for you, do exactly what you’re doing: work with Hakky, stick with the IPP, and also start doing VED if you haven’t started already.

Good luck my friend!
ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Rigi10 MPP 11mm rods 20 cm with 0.5 RTE.
Implanted w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026. Recovering.

Thanks! Doing ved daily for 20 mins. He told me he was gonna leave a drain. I wonder how long that stays and how soon before i start cycling. Im excited and nervous. Excited partly for the rigicon. Did yours come with a 10 year warranty? He told me thats the warranty with the ipp. Im hopeful i can go back to work by week 3 though.

My MPP from Rigicon does have a warranty. For going back to work, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re back by week 3 with the IPP. With my MPP I’m waiting to bend it into “stealth position” :D until Week 3 / Week 4 timeframe, so no going ANYWHERE pretty much for me until then because it looks like I’m walking around with a straight up BONER unless it’s hidden under my winter coat

I am hoping to maybe gain a half inch with it but will be pleased with just maintaining. You have an impressive size to begin with and the coloplast titan was the perfect one for you as i dont think the rigicon even has up to 28 cm. I have read your journal and wish you all the best in managing that seroma.

Will the whole procedure be free for you due to the clinical trial of the Infla10 AX?
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

Hakky left my drain in for about five days IIRC. Basically until the fluid coming out slows down a lot. You should be able to begin cycling in about that same time frame.

Device free. 10 year warranty. The rest you pay. About 12k out of pocket cost. A hefty sum but insurance these days cost almost the same anyway especially with coinsurances and deductibles. Hoping all goes smoothly. Then you get paid per follow up visit. So it may even out to 11k or 10k maybe— not sure.

Thats what hakky told me drain in 5 days. Did you start cycling one week after the surgery? You getting the hang of it now? I hope to aggressively cycle so as not to lose size and maybe even gain some with the infla10 ax. Assuming and praying all goes well

Im going penoscrotal. How did he do yours? How was the recovery? He’s one of the best and certainly one of the most passionate in his field. Planning to just take 2 weeks off after surgery and back to work after. Which implant did he use for yours? You loving it? Thanks again.

Recovery wasn’t bad. I tend to handle surgery better than others. Second week was a lot worse than first. Be careful cycling that second week. Do it carefully and avoid more than moderate pain. I would make sure you cycle it yourself so that you can manage this. It’s very easy to cause trauma that will make things very uncomfortable for a week.

If I did it again I probably wouldn’t take any work off.But I’m not advising that.

I went scrotal. I think the only drawback for scrotal is that it makes it harder to cycle and more possible to injure your sack.

Thanks man. Yah id hate to get a hematoma from too aggressive cycling. Hakky told me to go scrotal though if were optimizing size. Were about the same size so im hoping to get a 24 cm too. Hakky told me 24 or 26. Its good youve retained most of your size this far out from surgery. Youll probably grow more into your new size as you cycle. Im 10 years younger and am juggling between excitement and nervousness. I still use trimix but the injections themselves now cause anxiety as im not sure how ill respond each time.

It won’t be harder to cycle at all just let the incision heal first. You lose no potential waiting to start cycling. Gains come in time, up to several years post-op.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.
