Hello everyone, I'm from Brazil. I had my surgery on January 26, 2026, with an 18cm Titan implant. I've been following the forum, which helped me decide on and choose the prosthesis. My health insurance only covers malleable implants, so I opted to have it done privately. I paid $11,000 for the implant, $5,000 to the doctor, and $1,200 to the hospital. I'm having a good recovery. Thank you for your help. I had Peyronie's disease at age 50 and had corrective surgery with a graft at age 51. Since then, I've had ED and a loss of 2.5 cm. I used VED for 6 months, which helped me recover the lost cm. Before surgery, measurements were 14x15 cm. One day post-surgery, measurements were 11x14.5 cm.

You look great for being 1 week post-op. Many of us had far more bruising at that point. Your surgeon did a great job.

Since the depth of the corpus cavernosa that is inside the body varies from man to man your implant size may be correct. It’s impossible to hear what implant size someone has and say that’s undersized. As you cycle you’ll regain size. It takes months of cycling and use for an implant to settle in.


For now, take it easy and follow your surgeon’s instructions to the smallest detail.

When did they say you could begin cycling (inflating/deflating) and how long until you are cleared for sex?

Thank you. From what I've read and discussed with the doctor, it might be possible to regain size, considering I'm 11 days post-surgery and the glans isn't fully enlarged. Many here have regained 3 cm, but that's not the main point. The main thing is to be functional, whether it's 14 or 13 cm. With a penis ring I could reach 14 cm, without it it was 13 cm. Peyronie's disease damaged me a lot. It was the best thing I did.

Thank you, yes I am happy and confident. I made my decision through this forum. I know it's irreversible, but I was at a point where I could lose more. Too much medication for too little result. The penis ring helped a lot, the ved too. I arrived at the surgery very calm.

Thank you for the optimistic words. But I'm not so worried about the size right now; at the moment I just want to recover well. It's a very invasive and delicate surgery. Regarding starting to cycle with the prosthesis in 4 weeks and sex in 6 weeks, he said it also depends on my recovery. It could be a little sooner or later.
