Hello everyone, I'm from Brazil. I had my surgery on January 26, 2026, with an 18cm Titan implant. I've been following the forum, which helped me decide on and choose the prosthesis. My health insurance only covers malleable implants, so I opted to have it done privately. I paid $11,000 for the implant, $5,000 to the doctor, and $1,200 to the hospital. I'm having a good recovery. Thank you for your help. I had Peyronie's disease at age 50 and had corrective surgery with a graft at age 51. Since then, I've had ED and a loss of 2.5 cm. I used VED for 6 months, which helped me recover the lost cm. Before surgery, measurements were 14x15 cm. One day post-surgery, measurements were 11x14.5 cm.
54y DP at 50, DP surgery at 51. Loss 2.5 cm and DE. sex with the use of a ring. recovered the lost cm with 6M of ved. Titan OTR 18cm on Jan 26, 2026. size before: 14 cm length x 15 cm . Size 1 day post-surgery: 11 cm x 14.5 cm

Congratulations on your successful surgery bro! Looks good so far from what ive read and seen. Ia scheduled for march 26th with the ams 700cx. Continue to share your journey. Are you happy so far? In sure its guna be great to have an erection on demand whenever you want!
