You've posted elsewhere that you've been using injections for 10 years. And now you're back to experimenting with PDE5 inhibitors, still trying to make injections work and now considering implants. You seem to be all over the map. It seems very strange to me that you're having problematic results with injections but seeing results with viagra. Contrary to the post above, I'd recommend that you focus on getting the injections right, but that's just my opinion. I just don't see how Viagra will ever be reliable for you.

I agree with you about the long term reliability of viagra. My body's reaction to it is weird. When I was in Tunisia this past summer, I took 200mg worth of viagra. It didn't do much. Two days ago, I try 100mg and it worked surpringly. I swear I don't get it. Maybe the summer heat in Tunisia affects things? I'm sure it did. Also, my nervousness affected it too. But I'll try viagra again tonite to test.

I'm really considering an implant. When I inject trimix with 50 units, I have to wait 15 - 20 minutes for it to work and experience soreness. But 10 years ago, I only injected 3 units and I lasted 2 hours.

This is why I'm considering an implant (rescheduled) but I'll have to talk to my doc this Friday on what to do.

Please let me know your further thoughts on this, brother!!

I often read that in the United States, and now also in Italy, Cialis and Viagra are often taken as needed. I have used pills and experimented on myself in industrial quantities. I assure you that Cialis reduces the effect of Viagra if taken together with Cialis. It is better to take a higher dose of Viagra alone without taking Cialis. Another thing is that Cialis makes no sense for someone who suffers from advanced/significant ED. Another thing is that in the United States you are stuck with Viagra, which is now an outdated drug for ED. I assure you that Levitra/Vardenafil is better than Viagra, and by a lot, but I never read that anyone in the US uses Vardenafil/Levitra.
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

I agree with Frank. I was on the verge of surgery last year, but I adjusted my pill dosages and (for now) I’m doing alright with pills alone.

For me, I noticed it’s absolutely important I do the following: make sure my stomach is completely empty when taking Sildenafil. No alcohol whatsoever. Wait 90 minutes before initiating sex.

The only times it didn’t work for me, I either had a drink, I was still digesting food, or I didn’t wait 90 minutes after taking it.

I didn’t try Vardenafil yet, but I recently switched to Avanafil which I find much more effective than Sildenafil. A bit expensive, but faster onset (15/30 minutes) and no need for an empty stomach. Still, no alcohol though. Hope this helps.
37yo with venous leak and arterial insufficiency since I was 18yo due to a motorcycle accident. Pills started to be unreliable even at max dosage. Tried PRP and Shockwaves with no luck. Considering getting an inflatable with Dr. Antonini soon.

I take Levitra/Vardenafil, and I am in the US. I agree, I think Vardenafil is better than Viagra - for me anyway. Less side effects and more effective. I am not sure why most doctors don’t ever bring it up. They act like the only option is either Cialis or Viagra. I will say that Vardenafil is a bit more expensive than Viagra, but for me it is worth the extra cost.
Age 59, happily married over 39 years. Take daily Cialis, supplemented with Levitra before sex. Also use a Vacurect VED with a Pos-T-Vac Mach Ring. Still trying to get TRT dialed in.
