I just remember the Dr right after the surgery saying X amount in CM were inside and X amount were in my actual penile shaft (something to that effect) and the CM inside the shaft equated to 5.25 inches ..... but i'll get back to you with more details ASAP.

Those two measurements would likely have been the surgical proximal (internal) length and distal (external) length of the implant but measured from the incision point, as Leto explained. Those two numbers added together should equal the length of your implant including any RTEs. But the distal length doesn't translate into the external length of your erect penis.

Plenty of good advice already to continue your rehab so I won't add to that. But I couldn't tell from the previous posts how you are measuring. Because everyone has different depth of pubic fat pad its usual practice to measure "bone pressed" to get a more accurate and consistent result. Press down with a ruler until it is firm on the pubic bone and take that measurement. I've found that since I've had my implant and been cycling for many months, my pubic fat pad gets pulled forward by the implant when it inflates. That didn't happen pre implant/ED and I don't have much fat. It can give a slightly shorter appearance, but measured bone pressed I'm definitely back to pre ED size, maybe even a little more.

I finally got around to calling the surgeons office about a week ago and was told what my measurements were.

20 cm were implanted, via the titan coloplast. Also the "wide cylinders" were implanted. The "wide cylinders possible" were used, per the surgeon and staff. No rear tip extenders used.

12 cm were external and 8 cm were internal. However, I believe the office might be off by a CM, as I believe the surgeon right after the surgery was done me it was 13 cm external and 7 cm internal -- does this even make a difference?

Apparently this is an above average type penis in terms of size and implant, per the surgeon and staff. I've had girls in the past tell me I have a big one. I was always about 6 inches from tip to base (without having to press down on my pubic fat or doing bone pressed measurements).So maybe I was about 7 inches bone pressed in the past...?

I'm now getting back on cialis 10mg per day to increase blood flow and get back to my original size. I'm only about 5.25 inches now from base to top and I want to get back to 6 inches base to tip.

As you mentioned the pubic fat pad above my penis is now more puffed up/raised due to the cylinders being there, so I'm measuring more from the side now. Note - I did not have the cylinders put in via my scrotrum, my incision point was ABOVE my penis.

All this trying to predict length based on distal and proximal is nonsense. Not only is the glans highly variable based on arousal, the distal measurement is based on wherever the surgeon puts his incision into the CC. Not only is this going to be slightly different depending on anatomy, it is never based on the pubic bone, where BPEL comes from.

On topic, whether it is a Titan or AMS, we know gains can continue for up to two years or more, so just trust the process. Use heat, and cycle consistently.

What size is your implant, including RTE’s? That is the best indicator of whether you still have room to grow or are likely maxing out, lengthwise. Most guys have a bone-pressed measurement between 2/3 and 3/4 of their total implant length.

Just wondering about the "best indicator" being size of implant and RTE's? I have a Titan Classic - 22cm - 1cm RTE's. Does that suggest room to grow?
