Refine search results by setting "Filter by Treatments" to ED.
You can identify surgeons with Center of Excellence (COE) certification by looking for the COE symbols (see attachments).
This is great but is limited to only the US. Is there something similar for international too?

I can give input living in Massachusetts
COE designation does not mean a surgeon is high volume and does not mean they are necessarily the best surgeon. In most cases it means they completed training in the implantation of the manufacturers device and have performed a minimum number of surgeries. I say this as a former executive in the implantable device industry.
I had an excellent experience and outcome with Andrew Kramer MD and Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis MA. Dr Kramer is a very high volume surgeon.
I learned of Dr Kramer by asking my primary care if they knew a local urologist who specializes in implant surgery. This is a good way to try to determine what surgeon would be a good choice.
