bigkernel, my Dr advised me that the initial wrapping was designed to allow the incision to seal up before being exposed to all the random stuff in the air that happens when changing bandages. So based on my experience that doesn't seem too long. You are very fortunate that you're able to control pain without opioids -- I had to be on them for almost 2 weeks.

That's what chatgpt told me too, I'm trying to get my first follow up moved to Monday and the second Thursday before I head home Friday.

Day 3: I slept very little last night, but when I woke the pain I was feeling from where chatgpt told me was where the implant was anchored to my pelvis was gone and the swelling there had seemed to have moved more into my scrotum. Last night the glands if my penis seemed to be getting cut off by the bandage and a part of the shaft was bulging out of the top of the bandage. I first let chatgpt work me into a panic before sending photos to my surgical team who assured me everything was fine. Color and swelling seemed normal, no need to panic. This morning both seem slightly better. But, the swelling seems to be making my length look shorter. That and maybe a little from them deflating my implant slightly before sending me home. I'm not happy about seeing less then 6 inches now. But, I'm hoping when the swelling goes down and the bandage comes off that length will be back in sight? Peeing is the biggest challenge at the moment and not peeing while doing bowel movements as it sticks straight up when I sit. A couple of times I peed straight out on the floor while going number 2. But, I'm hoping 26 more days till I can start cycling and that will be behind me. Praying for no infection.

With a 21cm and 1cm rear tips, you probably have more distal internal than proximal internal measurements.
Ask the doc for those measurements when he dilated your dick for the implant.

Bigkernel, here are my measurements, I was 10cm proximal and 11cm distal.
I got the AMS LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tips. The LGX expands in length 25%.
When I first started cycling my implant at 6 weeks, I was barely 5 inches, bone pressed.
After 6 months, I was at 6.25 inches bone pressed.

I never measured my dick when I was younger with a raging hard on, but it looks close to my old dick.

It takes some healing time to get more blood flow back to your glans which gives you more length when you’re fully aroused.

I would say that you would be right in the ballpark with my current length once you have cycled for 6 months to a year.

I still cycle my implant daily in the shower to keep everything stretched.

I think you’ll be surprised what your length will be after 6 months.
