I got my surgery 2 days ago and on the day of the surgery with the compression wrap at what I was told was about 90% inflated I saw 6 inches of length. Which I thought was decent because I was 7 inches before surgery. They deflated it a bit to what they say is about 60% before I left the hospital and today they changed the wrap and it's down to 5 inches now. I have the ams 700 lgx at 21cm+1cm rte. If I inflate it back to 100% is it going to be 6 inches again or am I looking at a 2 inch loss here? Anyone with the ams 700 lgx, how much length comes out in the last 30-40% of pumping? Honestly I'd be really happy if I saw 6.5 inches after a few months of cycling. How likely is that to happen?

Probably quite likely. As long as you have been sized correctly most guys seem to eventually get back to pre op size. But weird shit can happen in the meantime. My initial size was disappointing but I had done enough research that I didn't stress about it excessively. In my experience it will take time, patience and diligent cycling to get the optimal results. Also what I found happens is that with the implant it pulls the pubic fat pad forward when inflated, much more than with a natural erection. That can result in a shorter appearance. Measuring "bone pressed" each time gives a more consistent and realistic result IMO. I can't be specific about numbers but once well recovered and after plenty of cycling there's often not much difference between flaccid and erect size, i.e. now a "shower". The erection mainly gets harder rather than bigger, compared with pre ED.
