nick40, I haven't heard of a deflate button (or pump) being damaged by pressing it hard. Maybe if someone used some blunt screwdriver-like object to press it far below the surface of the pump ?? I have the Tenacio pump and the button has to be pressed firmly, with some pressure, but I assume that's to prevent it from getting accidentally pressed/deflated when in use. Are you concerned that you are having to press yours so hard that it might get damaged ? If so, have you gone in to have your Dr evaluate what's going on ?
