Has anyone had an implant even if they wee able to get erections?
Hi guys... Has anyone gotten an implant even if they were able to get somewhat of an erection before getting an implant?

I did.
My erections were fine, no issues on that front but I had severe Peyronies. An implant was the only option for me to have intercourse again.
Most reputable surgeons won’t implant if you are still able to get erections, an implant is always the last resort

Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.
