Im considering an implant with Ralph so I'm following this keenly.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.

Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

So I had my appointment with professor Ralph yesterday. He took a look at it and said it looked normal, but I really don't agree, it's improved slightly in terms of the sharpness, but I think this is just by virtue of my head developing a greater tilt.

He asked if I have had sex, and when I said yes but it hurt them he said this is normal at 2 months. In hindsight he must of misheard me (i hope).

To be honest I didn't advocate for myself the best I could, my train was cancelled and had to get a later one meaning a sprint from the station to the office, so there was a lot of puffing and panting.

I've sent a follow up email refocusing on solely the alignment issue if there is no risk of erosion (as per Ralph), asking when I can expect to not hurt my partner, is he sure this looks normal, will the issue resolve on its own, any specific modelling methods I should apply to improve the tip placement.

I've sent him a pre op photo to show the previous alignment (drug aided errection) taken the month of the operation and that it's clearly a post surgery issue.

I think it's time to get a second opinion, if anyone has any recommendations for someone in the UK that would be very helpful?

Definitely starting to feel very worn down by this.

I will of course keep posting as things progress.
