Here are a few concealability pictures, taken today just under 8 weeks post surgery. Usually I wear a long shirt that covers the bulge but today I tucked my shirt in and nobody seemed to notice anything.

I am right around 6 inches bone pressed, as long as I have tight underwear it is easy to conceal pointing up which is my normal position. This is without engaging the hinge as it is still very stiff to bend.

Appreciate the pics Scott. I’m only 1 week out of surgery, still VERY sore. I can’t imagine being able to bend the implant or even stow it up like you’re doing comfortably. How long did it take for you to start stowing it? When I try to move it up towards my belly button, it REALLY starts to resist.

I might be able to answer this one lol. In my experience so far? 100% no.

I’m sure that there’s a lot of variation in the way guys recover, but my current recovery has honestly been way, WAY harder than I anticipated.

In addition to the swelling pain and general discomfort, there’s just no way I could stow the implant in an upward position right now. It’s INCREDIBLY rigid it will NOT move.

I think I need at least another two weeks to heal up before I could even imagine bending it, or even stowing it upwards (if my body would even allow that without bending at the hinge). I’m very curious on Scott’s experience though, as he’s much farther along in recovery than I am (I’m at 1 week exactly).

I will answer the 3 replies above. I have been able to store upwards since 4 or 5 days after surgery. On the other hand I am not able to bed it downwards very far, once my stitches are gone (next few days) I will start bending down often to soften the implant and give me that movement. I have been able to conceal it since I was able to store it upwards, the keys for me are tight enough underwear to hold it in place close to my body (since I am not bending the implant at the hinge yet).

I am retired so no need to dress up, and I wear loose fitting short pants all the time and they tend to puff up in the crotch area so that helps conceal the bulge. I definitely could wear dress pants now and only a little bulge will show so I do not think that would matter. I think despite our fears people are generally not staring at our crotch.

I have been surprised at how little I am concerned about people noticing my implant. I walk a lot around one of the malls in town so I am constantly passing people and it has not been an issue.

I seem to be a lot more fortunate in these things from others who have gotten a malleable so I am thankful for that.

I’m glad to hear all this Scott! Glad it is working out for you. I suspect higher rise dress pants in a dark color like black would work VERY well with a malleable implant.
