thanks guys, I am late in the process because I am in my 12th week and today the 1st cycle. But on the other hand no pain in the shaft or glans, I could easily stay hard for 1 hour. I guess I am clear for sex and I cant wait to use it when I meet her again on Wednesday. But have one more appointment with the dr. tomorrow so I check to be sure.
Actually I tried to masturbate this afternoon but did not finish, was not in the mood.

Most of us came to the conclusion, I should have done it many years ago. I the beginning pills did the job, I could go 2-3 times but eventually the effect loosens with time. So you move to injections which in my eyes is and was the beginning of the end and waste of time and money.
In my opinion it depends what quality of erection the pills give you today, if its high and good I would wait, because screwing with your own dick is not beatable, if its poor, short and unreliable go for an implant.
I also postponed it for too long but it is not an easy decision to make, just when you realize there is only struggle and frustration left when it comes to sex, dont wait another year. Of course it also depends in what kind of relationship if any your are in. I think when you have an understanding wife it takes longer to go for it, if you are single you feel the pressure much more.

Sending you good wishes and encouragement. I too had a weird feeling after when having intercourse or masturbating. 10 months later it feels great. Feel like a part of me but frankly not exactly the same as before but outstanding. However even thought not the same, being able to get and stay hard indefinitely not worth it.

Looks great Richard . Keep cycling and everything will eventually fall into place. You will become more comfortable with your implant, and operating it. Yes cold glans I think is fairly common. I still get it after nearly 11 months, although not as much, and it warms up quickly during sex.
