I mean, you can go with the LGX, but anything over 21cm, which you state to be, will ultimately provide you with an infirm base. I was measured at 23cm, but went in ignorantly demanding the LGX. I should’ve went with the CX.
Although I'm a bit of a cheerleader for the LGX, with that information I now think you may be pushing its limits.
7 inches puts you into the upper end of the size spectrum. I max out at 6.5 inches and have the 21 cm size, which is the longest LGX cylinders available (no RTEs). Unless you have a shallow crus I'm guessing you would likely need RTEs added to be sized correctly, assuming the same size implant. I think fuckedOne is correct in that you could potentially have axial rigidity problems. Bottom line, discuss your objectives in detail with your surgeon and go with his advice.
That actually makes sense when you say it like that.i have 7 inches with glands engorged that might make a difference. I'm really skinny I might actually be shallow? I will see in 4 days, I'm scheduled for surgery on the 29th. I'm really nervous.
Skinny guys tend to look bigger/longer because the pubic fat pad is minimal. Were you always 7 inches, or lost size from ED?
But I don't think body type can predict the actual depth of crus internally. The only way the proximal (internal) and distal (external) measurements are taken accurately is on the table in the OR when you are dilated. Those numbers added together will equal the length of the implant cylinders plus any RTEs used. But distal isn't the actual penis length, it's just from the incision point to the implant tip inside the glans.
I don't know how common shallow crus is. Most reported measurements I've read on here seem around 60%/40% external vs internal, but there is quite a bit of variation. If you actually are shallow your surgeon should take that into account when determining the best implant for you.
The concern about axial rigidity with a less firm implant is because the erect penis can be unstable, and move around more than desired during penetrative sex. That said my 21 cm LGX is rock hard when erect and doesn't budge during even the roughest PIV sex (and I'm loving it

).
If it helps my proximal was 10 cm and distal 11 cm, which eventually equated to 6.5 inches bone pressed erect after months of cycling.
Being really nervous is normal. I was both terrified and excited at the same time. Hang in there, you will be fine mate

.
There is also plenty of support on here and many of us are happy to answer private messages as well.
Best wishes for your surgery, please let us know how it goes.
