Scheduled for implant.. BUT viagra gave me hard on.. I'm CONFUSED!!!

I'm scheduled for an implant soon. But just to experiment, about an hour ago I took a 200mg viagra. Half an hour later, I get a hard on and was able to ejaculate. So right now, I'm VERY CONFUSED NOW.

Do you think I should still go for the implant since it would be more consistent with on-demand sex??

Do guys who experience good responses to viagra still get implants?

Great question. If you are able to maintain the erection to have satisfactory sex, I think it is premature. This is a last resort and the satisfaction rate post implant depends on your level of functionality pre-implant. An implant It is NOT the same as having a natural penis that stays hard for hours.

There is NO need to rush.

Thank you for the vote of confidence and reply. Are you saying that if my satisfaction is good before an implant that I can expect the same level of satisfaction with an implant?

So an implant doesn't make you stay hard for a long while? I thought it did.

a "normal" penis is always better than the implanted version. plus you can always get an implanter later...

I'm in a somewhat similar situation. I can take 10mg cialis + 125mg viagra and be good to go, but it only lasts about 3-5 minutes, maybe 10 on a rare occassion. I'm honestly getting a bit scared of the amount of medication I'm taking. I can't imagine taking 200mg of viagra.

I have a consultation with Clavell on Monday and plan on asking him about this.

So the problem is two-fold, really.

1. How much medication is actually safe
2. When I do take medication, it works. But I have started to see diminishing results, very similar to a lot of men here who claim that pills stop working after a while

It's tough spot to be in and I think many men are in this spot to some degree.

5mg daily Cialis and a 100mg viagra gives me an erection when I'm by myself, but when I've taken the same amount an hour before sex with a woman I was dating, it would only partially work or not at all. So many other factors come into play. That's the real test to decide if you need an implant.

Very sorry for my typo.... I'm actually taking 100mg, not 200mg. Again, very sorry for this mistake.

Yes we're on the threshold. Pills obviously work but only when I'm in a clam state. If I'm angry, sad or just got back home from going downtown, the pills will be a challenge.So I really dont know what the hell to do!
