I'd like to show you some photos of my thick, 12 cm penis with the implant. At 48, I'm still very young for that. My penis has always been rather short at 12 cm, but it's very thick since the implant. Of course, I'm very happy about that, and I think the doctor did a perfect job. I think my penis looks great. What do you think?

Looks great. Thanks for posting it. I found it really helpful to see what an implant could look like as I was struggling with ED. Like a lot of guys I was concerned it would look fake, or weird, or unnatural. But implanted penises look like penises. That was a relief to me.


When you get a chance create a signature that appears in your posts and replies. Include what implant model you had, who your surgeon is, and any other info you think would be helpful to guys.

Hey Alex, looks great! When you say 12cm, is that your visible length?

I’m currently healing from surgery - have a malleable implant. Trying not to overthink size on day 4 of healing, but I’m currently clocking in about 4.3 - 4.5 inches length w/ swelling and bruising going on. Before implant, I only maxed out around 5 inches so this in itself is not a huge shocker. But I’m really hoping 4.5 inches or above is where I land!

Your result truly looks excellent, you must be very happy. Congrats!

@johnnyBorg I've always had a shorter penis. Most of my friends have longer ones. Since discovering my erectile dysfunction two years ago, I've lost a centimeter in length. So now it's visibly 12 cm. But my penis has become very thick due to the implant.
