Questions about AMS vs TIitan

Heres the deal about Lgx, its a fine implant it will do anything the others do! I love mine and yes Lol, it is great for penetration even anal. The Lgx more closely mimics your old natural penis, it shrinks more then the other guys. So most of impacts shrink around an inch, ie: we all became “ showers” the Lgx shrinks a bit more like an inch and a half. So when pumping up the
Lgx you get a little more zoom. Now after 4 years im a custom to what Ive got but enjoy the shower aspect more that I anticipated so when revision time comes I may opt for a girthy implant like titan but im not assuming my lenght will change.
Ps. The Lgx did in fact improve happily my girth from the get go as my natural dick was pencil like.

I'm very undecided as to which device to get for my rescheduled surgery. I originally had my surgery scheduled in Jan but because of the nurses strike in NYC I had to reschedule it for Feb.n. I have some questions please....

1. For those who've had both AMS and Titan. were there any issues with the Titan that you didn't experience when you had AMS or vice versa?

2. How do you like your Titan compared to your AMS or vice versa?

3. How sore and how much pain did you endure after the surgery?

4. Did you experience dog ears? I read that AMS doesn't have them. Is this true?

All I can speak to is my newly installed (12/09/25)AMS 700 CX with the MS pump.
The cylinders are about what I expected. The pump, on the other hand is not the most ergonomic thing. At first it felt like I had a big Leggo block in there. It's getting better with time as the soreness lessens.
Dr Clavell told me that the Titan Classic pump is better for smaller scrotums, but I read here and on other forums that the Titan cylinders felt "unnatural", so I chose to go with AMS.

LGX is a fine implant, I hope my previous comment didn’t make it seem I am down on them.

The issue is that the surgeon has to account for the expansion of the implant when sizing. So with the LGX they have to intentionally put an implant in that’s shorter than the max CC size. Then when the implant expands it will fill that space. If they sized fully then when inflated there would be pain and significant erosion risk.

With a CX or Titan the implant is fully sized since there is minimal lengthwise expansion. This means the LGX will give a little more growth from flaccid to fully erect, whereas the others will be almost the same size flaccid and erect. My penis with the Titan for example, is 8.25” erect and 7.75” flaccid…very little difference.

Please excuse me for repeating the same questions to you as I did when I pmed you. I just want to make sure you answer them cuz I have little time for my surgery...

1. Will dog ears be a problem with the bulge sticking with my beach trunks on?

2. Did taking pain killers after surgery lower your libido? I don't want to take any pain killers because it might mess with my libido. Let me know what you think.

3. Here's my thing... I need to make sure the device I use fills out my penis in the erect state. I say this cuz when I get very erect and hard, I feel the most sexual. Anything less gives me less sexual desire. In this sense, does the Titan give you more libido than before getting the implant?

4. Did you have libido issues after the surgery? Did you experience more libido before or after the implant?

5. I get morning wood that can last for a while. But I cannot get wood in the day time. Did you have this issue also?

Now, either guys that 'Show and Tell'ed with me invented all of their data and Boston Scientific straight forward lies on its website where it says that: AMS 700 LGX™ Penile Prosthesis: The only penile implant on the US market with cylinders designed to expand up to 25% in length and up to 20mm (18mm +/- 2mm) in girth1,7

It is the only one that expands 25%. That is true. In practice, because surgeons measure and place something safe like a -2cm implant, guys just become showers rather than gaining a bunch over their old length. Coloplast doesn't instruct them to use an undersized device, but also only increases about 1cm over spec, so the end results are similar, but still not equal, depending on the surgeon.

I dont know the measurements of the my girth or length of my penis. But I need length and girth in a device to fill out my erection fully. It seems that the LGX is a good device but I have questions...

1. Does the LGX fill the erect penis fully? I want to make sure it does cuz if it doesn't

2. Does the Titan have good length also?
