Ams 700 lgx
I'm getting implant in a week and getting cold feet. I keep reading about woman not liking it. Does anyone have any partner feed back from this model?

bigkernel, any of them, including the LGX, gives :
- their guy an on-demand erection whether he's tired, been drinking too much -- whatever
- getting her guy hard, and staying hard, takes no effort from her
- her guy stays rock hard regardless of position, changing positions, moving around, delays -- anything
- her guy stays hard, and keeps going and going and going, even after he orgasms until she has as many orgasms as possible
- if she wants 'round 2' just after 'round 1', he's always ready to go
It would be interesting to hear from women who don't want their guy to have that ability.

Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

Just that it feels unnatural like two rods and it doesn't bend, feels cold. Stuff like that.

Bigkernel, I have the AMS 700 LGX. My Bionic Dick works fine. My wife has never complained about anything.
Well, she does tell me to make sure that it’s as hard as I can get it! lol
I’ll pump it up to the max as many pumps I can get in. Sometimes after we start having PIV sex, I’ll pull out and give it some more squeezes on the pump to make it steel rod hard.

Implants are quite adjustable, if she like more flexible dick, just hold back a few pumps. Pump all the way for rock hard preforming.
Remember the Lgx is better at shrinking, mimicking a real boy.

If you’re over 21cm, I would go with the CX instead.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

In fact she has only responded better during vigorous PIV sex when we were both decades younger.
I'm now able to get her close to orgasm from penetration, which hasn't happened in many years, not even before I had ED.
My dick is rock hard when 100% erect but it's easy to vary the level of hardness by not pumping as much.
