sambalamba, that is exactly what I experience now. In the past, the pump bulb would get very stiff as I approached max inflation and I'd get a good dose of pressure pain. More recently, I pump to the point of the pump bulb getting all the way to marble solid, but very little pain. I used to go thru a series of adding mini-pumps as the pain subsided. But now I'll add some mini-pumps maybe once or twice before the pump bulb goes solid and the shaft is almost unbendable -- at least without applying a level of force that I'm not willing to experiment with

And for sex I still back off to 85-95% inflated because it feels more natural to my wife, and gives me better sensation.

One other thing when I have tried to inflate the CX after some point it becomes ultra ultra difficult to press the pump and get it to inflate anymore, much more difficult than the Titan.

sambalamba, thanks for the post -- apparently I missed this back in Feb. It may explain why at 9mo post-op, I only feel a trace of pain when pumped to max inflation. I have a CX and am 7" L and almost 6" G when engorged. I'm now wondering if the CX cylinders have reached the maximum girth of their internal mesh, as described in your post. That would mean they're no longer pushing against the tissue, hence only a trace of pain and continuing to decrease.

I have noticed that many implantees with well above avg diameters seem to have less pain than those around avg.
My guess was that the tunica did not get expanded as much.

For the maximum possible girth expansion I've heard that the 21+mm Titan may expand to ~23-24mm, depending on the tunica’s condition.

Where is this from? I've seen mention of 22.7 mm one place but not 24 mm yet.

I believe I saw this on Eids website. Anyhow I have learnt quite a bit more since then. For most people I think the tunica is quite strong and even achieving 21mm full expansion is difficult. So all these numbers are for bragging rights. Just as an example if you lay two Titan cylinders side by side they will be 21+21 = 42mm wide. One has to see in erect state from side to side if width is 42mm or greater. Only if it's greater and taking into account all the various tissue layers then the cycliders can expand to their full.potential sideways. Similar logic will apply from top to bottom as well.
