Hello everyone,
I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction for about ten years, caused by severe venous leakage.
At the time of my first diagnosis, a Belgian doctor at Saint-Pierre Clinic in Brussels explained to me very bluntly that venous leakage is an extremely difficult condition to treat. He immediately recommended a penile implant.
This news deeply frightened me and led to a period of great discouragement. I therefore searched for alternative solutions, and the one I pursued was venous embolization, performed in Paris by Dr. Hakimé.
Unfortunately, after two procedures over the course of one year, the conclusion was clear: no significant improvement.
I should mention that I am African and currently living in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). You can therefore imagine the significant costs related to travel, Airbnb accommodation, and hospital care.
In the end, after two failed venous embolization procedures, I decided to move forward with a penile implant.
Along the way, I followed a urologist I discovered somewhat by chance on YouTube, Dr. Sébastien Beley, who turned out to be an excellent practitioner with an impressive number of patients.
I eventually succeeded in securing a surgery date scheduled for February 19, 2026, in Paris.
Dr. Beley gives priority to patients coming from other continents, due to the major logistical challenges involved in organizing this type of medical travel.
The implant currently considered for me is the Rigicon Infla 10, which appears to offer strong potential for both length and girth gains.
However, the final choice will be made by the surgeon on the day of surgery, in line with European medical practice.
I would also like to sincerely thank all of you for sharing your experiences. Your transparency and honesty have been extremely helpful to me.
I am French-speaking and use a translator to communicate here.
I searched for months to find a forum like this one.
Within the French-speaking community, there is virtually nothing comparable.
I simply wanted to let you know that I am moving forward — February 19, 2026, is the day.
One final note: I notice that very few people have chosen Rigicon, even though it appears to be highly competitive in terms of length and girth expansion.

Congratulations. Choosing to move forward with implant surgery is a major decision, and it sounds like you have been very thorough in your research. You clearly did your due diligence.

Most men on this forum are in the United States, and Rigicon is not yet approved here. I expect that approval will come soon, and when it does, more men will begin sharing their experiences with it.

Rigicon appears to be a promising device, and the experiences of our brothers around the world are extremely valuable to this community.

I hope all goes well with your upcoming surgery.

I must honestly say that your sense of brotherhood and your words of encouragement have touched me deeply.

I shared your comments and messages of support with my partner, and she was just as moved as I was — both by your kindness and by seeing me open up about a subject that I usually only share with her.

She has been by my side and has supported me through my doubts for several years now, throughout this journey which, for me, is finally coming to an end.

Goodwood, like many others here, I have done extensive research on this topic. I would even say that I have been going in circles over it for more than a year.
At this stage, my choice is the Rigicon Infla AX 10. I will make sure to keep a small journal of the events to come, especially since, as you confirmed, this brand is not yet available in the United States. I therefore feel a responsibility to provide as much information as possible once the surgery has actually taken place.

Swork17, yes, a major step has been taken in my mind, and the countdown has officially begun, with takeoff scheduled for February 19 in Paris.

my choice is therefore the Rigicon Infla AX 10, which Dr. Sébastien Beley speaks very highly of, particularly regarding its ability to gain length and girth after post-operative exercises. It seems this is also your choice, implanted by Dr. Karaman?
As for me, I have opted for a three-piece hydraulic device: reservoir, cylinders, and pump.
