I'm in Boston. Contemplating penile implant. Not 100% sure on whether to go with Conoplast or AMS-700, both CX and LGX. It seems like both have their own pros and cons. I'm going to quote the gentleman that posted right after me: "I am straight, but I think I’d need to feel one before being able to imagine what it’s actually like to have one." That applies to me too, although feeling it might not be necessary. Seeing in in action inflating and deflating would be great though. Would prefer in person but definitely would be open to doing it virtually too.

Please help. Would really appreciate someone willing to Show and Tell and fill me in on his experience.

Did you find videos of inflating and deflating? If not, I can give you links to me doing it, and Jim Walker has a link to an instructional video too. We also did a film where we inflate each other's, but it's not as clear as seeing one person do it from totally flaccid to totally erect.

No, you 'cannot' tell if someone has an implant or not, unless you know what to look for, but your partner will ask about your balls and what they feel down there, lol.

I want to point out that this isn't exactly honest, for the guys still deciding. The Titan does indeed have that palpable "drinking straws" feel or as I would say, bunched up rubber gloves inside each other. The cylinders themselves improve with time and cycling, but let's be honest the tubing and pump are always there and the tips of the cylinders are solid so you can always feel them even deflated.

At a glance, most likely nobody will know once it softens up and your flaccid hangs down, but there will always be parts of it they can feel if they really get in there. I somewhat agree with this. It’s true a fully flaccid Titan does feel like a couple of rubber gloves bunched up in your dick. However, if you give the pump a few squeezes, you can smooth things out and it feels very natural. It’s more full in that state and less flaccid, but very tuckable and I do believe in that state somebody without knowledge or experience with implants would have a very hard time noticing anything different.

There’s a lot of guys who jump through all kinds of hoops to hide the implant. I take the opposite approach, I’m pretty open with women I’m dating about the implant. So far it has caused no issues, and if it means some women decide they are no longer interested as a result, then so be it. I’m not desperate for sexual encounters so it’s just not a big deal to me.
