Week 1 Update:
Thank you for all the encouragement!

The main thing I'm dealing with is that the bottom of my scrotum is now bruised and quite sore from cycling. I had to skip the hot bath cycling yesterday because of the soreness, and tried again this morning after a couple of Tylenol. It's getting difficult to maneuver the pump around to a spot where the skin isn't too sore to pump, but I managed to get it pumped up pretty well. I don't think I'm anywhere near what I could maximum pump yet, but I had to stop when the stretching got to the point where it was most painful, where I then held it for 10 minutes or so. The deflation of this classic Titan pump seems to be really particular - I squeeze the bars hard and nothing happens, then shift position just a little bit and it deflates. Is this typical? I'll keep up the cycling as much as I can since I know this is still really early and I have a lot of stretching yet to go.

The only other thing causing problems is the antibiotics are wreaking havoc with my digestive system. One more week of that.

I've read here that a lot of guys have second thoughts afterwards and question "why did I do this!?" I'm not at that point, but I do question how I'm ever going to get used to this thing. After reading so many accounts of how it all becomes easier as time goes on, I'll use that as encouragement, but right now this thing seems alien to me. I know it's only been a week, and I know it will all get better. I just need patience.

Tuscan_Order, congrats on the update ! I've taken Metamucil to help with digestion for a long time. When I had digestive problems from the surgery and meds I temporarily doubled or tripled the Metamucil -- made all the difference. Day 1 post-op there was me, and it. Now 12 weeks post-op it really does feel like just another part of me. Like I've said in other posts, I'm not crazy about living with a pump in my scrotum. But, its a small price to pay for an on-demand, reliable, non-stop, worry-free, hard erection that really is next level stuff

I am curious, what was your pre-implant Bone pressed length and girth?

Also, did you do VED before the implant or not at all?

Discovernew- Before the PC surgery, I was 7.25" BPEL and around 5" G. After that surgery using bimix I was 6.75" BPEL and 5.25" G. I don't know why the girth was larger, but the length change was probably due to the fibrosis. And yes, before the implant I used a VED for several months. It has also been several months since I tried an injection so I can't say if the VED increased anything yet. I'll find out whenever I can manage to fully stretch out the implant.

Yeah it’s big deal for me too, but as i’m really afraid of infection, i’ll stick to it as much as i can and maybe ask another prescription.
I take also gaviscon (sorry dont know in us the name) but it’s a liquid for stomach ache

Week 2 Update:

Had the sutures removed by my primary care physician. He said that the incision and closure work was amazing and is healing perfectly. Which is good news. He put on the glue and steri-strips that Dr. Eid provided, and the glue is uncomfortable as it seems to stay sticky and sticks to everything, such as my inner thigh.

The big issue is the constant ache in my shaft. There have only been a few moments when I realize that there is no ache. Then it returns. I can pump up as much as possible until the pain is too much, then hold it there for 20-30 minutes, but when deflated again it just keeps aching. This constant ache is really messing with my head. Based on everything I've read on this board, I know it will go away at some point, but it's hard to deal with until then. I realize two weeks is very early, so I'll just push through it as much as I can. Maybe it has something to do with how Dr. Eid had to put in three different implants during the surgery. I wonder if that counts as my third revision already . The "snake eye" bruises are still there and were much larger than photo's I've seen, so I wonder if he had to go through the glans three times. Yikes.

I think the flaccid hang angle is normal for this point. Letting it hang naturally also causes a lot of achiness. I do agree with some other posters here that the completely deflated flaccid is still quite hard, like the cylinders are all bunched up in there. I can't wait for things to loosen/soften up more. Measuring about 6" deflated.

It's been awhile... any update? I'm just over 3 months and cycling is getting easier, but randomly I'll have that ache while flaccid still... like a burning sensation. It's surprising, because I always figured there's no nerves on the inside of the tunica, but I guess we do have mild sensory ability to detect inflammation or something?

I also wonder, since you must know this, how long before ramming her in the posterior fornix feels normal again... masturbation doesn't trigger this but pressure on the glans feels like it will never go away.
