Happy to say 9 ish months post surgery it's easier to have an orgasm from PIV love making! First few times it was a chore, now almost every time. To be clear no issues orgasming when masturbating. Good luck to all!
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

Good news! How does today compare to prior to the implant. I mean, assuming you could get an erection by some means, were you able to orgasm?

More success, really like to hear that, enjoy that new you. Thats why I harp on these pages, sure some heal up from initial surgery pretty fast but the new parts and the brain have to become friends and thats a year in…. You’re a fast learner

67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.

Glad to hear it, 12 weeks out I haven’t been able to orgasm from PIV sex, this gives me optimism for the future.
