Does anyone have knowledge about the differences between them?
My original surgeon preferred and installed the Classic (I guess that's what it's called) and new surgeon prefers the "one touch" for my upcoming revision.
The pump I have (classic) involves pinching two walls together against a spring (like a clothespin)
Because I'm being revised after only 6 years of very infrequent use, I'm really driving myself crazy trying to figure out what may have been root cause of failure., so I'm wondering it one pump is perhaps historically more stable?

The one touch has a nipple you press. It's supposed to be one touch of the nipple and it drains as you squeeze your shaft to help speed up emptying. Goto website of manufacturer. I have it and hold it while I squeeze.
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I swear there are two modes of deflate with OTR... it seems if I just press half-way, it lets out pressure only while pressing, and the valve is still in boner mode. Only I press like the devil and squeeze the cylinders does it seem to flip to open mode where you feel that click again the first time you squeeze the bulb again.
