Scott424 wrote:Just to give you an update, I am now 2 days shy of 4 weeks post-op. Healing continues, stitches are still around but they get smaller every day. Can’t wait till they are gone. Here a a couple of things I have encountered since surgery.

1. I still have some puffiness on the left side of my penis around the stitches, but it gets better each day (I have been told this is normal)

2. My dick points to the left and slightly downward (as it has since my prostate surgery) but I can straighten it easily enough for once I am able to deploy this bad boy.

3. The implant seems a bit wobbly at the base as I can rotate my penis quite a bit. Not sure if this is normal or not. I have not been able to test the hinge yet, just tried and it is a little difficult to bend and does not stay so I am not sure if I am in the right area. I was not sure how close the peyronies graft was to the hinge so I waited until I got confirmation from Dr. Banga that the hinge would not affect the healing of the graft.

4. The biggest irritation was the scrotum shrinking up like when you are in really cold water and then it became very itchy. Icing it seemed to help with the itching and wearing underwear more often at home also helped. This has pretty resolved at this point.

5. Hats off to the user who suggested using baby socks with the elastic cut off to cover the head. Works great and is much more comfortable when I am fully dressed. One tip, if you get up in the middle of the night to pee, remember to take the sock off-I didn’t one night, peed just find and then looked down and saw the sock totally wet.

6. Sitting with my body straight up causes some irritation in the perineum as I can feel the rods. I am hoping that will change as I would like to get an e-bike middle of next year.

7. I am cleared to swim and soak for long periods after 4 weeks so that is in 2days. I hope a couple of warm baths each day will help with the puffiness around the stitches.

8. I can’t believe how horny I am, I am not cleared for sex until 8 weeks post op due to the healing of the graft which I have been told by another doctor can take up to 12 weeks to fully heal. I will probably try some light masturbation once the stitches are gone and I can use oil, and if all goes well I might try to find a new friend for a blow job or 2 before February launch date.

On a side note, my friend who got an IPP the same day as me with Dr Banga, had sex at just under 4 weeks post op. He said it was great and he kept going after cumming until he cramped up. He still hasn’t started cycling yet as he is having problems finding the deflate button. He is inflated enough for careful sex but now needs to conquer that damn pump. I guess this is one of the hardships of traveling for the surgery as you can’t pop in to have you doctor take a look.

Hey Scott! Any updates on your progress?

I myself am going to be implanted with Rigi10 in a few days (Jan 20th). A lot of nerves but also very excited.
ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Surgery scheduled for Rigi10 MPP w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026.

I am 2 weeks out from being able to use it, the stitches get smaller each day and those need to be gone since they are just below the glans before I can use it. Once I can use it I will update the thread, no real pain through most of the process. One thing I have not been able to do yet is bend very far at the hinge, I think it needs to soften up before the memory kicks in, you might ask your doctor about how and when to bend at the hinge. I mostly stow my penis pointing up to it is not hindering me yet.
Moderate ED for many years, Prostatectomy in 2020, no erections for 16 months then Peyronie's onset. Rigicon Rig10 malleable implant with Peyronies graft by Dr. Banga in New Delhi on 12/4/25. 12mm rods, not sure of length.
