Yes I did. It didn’t last long enough to do anything with it. It was about 70 or 80% erect.

I haven’t heard of anyone regaining natural erectile function due to an implant being placed. But some of us have maintained function we had.

My surgeon told me he does what he can to not completely obliterate the tissue that is there. He said I might still have some erectile function and he was right.

Yes, I still had erectile function. I had morning wood and when I got turned on by something my cock would still fill out and look thick. The angle of my cock never came up to even being perpendicular. There was no way I could penetrate anything without a shot and a cock ring. Even getting oral was disappointing because I wouldn’t get truly hard. Whoever was providing that wouldn’t think I was that into them.

For the 15 or 20 seconds before I would orgasm I would get quite rigid but that is not long enough (or dependable enough) to be useful to anyone.

Having that much erectile function kept me on the fence about implant. I was so scared of losing my natural erections (even though they were shitty) that I stayed with shots.

It was only my ED progressing to the point that shots were beginning to fail that I took the plunge.

In the end it was determined that I had horrible venous leak. A tremendous amount of blood flowing into my penis, but then flowing right back out. Not getting trapped to make an erection. That made sense to me. When I got turned on the blood flowing in increased and it LOOKED like an erection. But it couldn’t get first enough to actually FUNCTION like an erection.

I’m really glad I got implanted it was definitely the right decision for me and I’ve been really happy with the result.

This is my experience at 8 weeks also. I don’t get erections per se, but in the morning there is definite fullness and residual erectile function happening around the implant.

I am getting these light "erection" as well. They tend to happen when I am walking and my underwear is rubbing against my glans or shaft. It produces these sudden "surges" in size. Just a soft chubby on top of the IPP.

Sometimes, I can also squeeze pelvic floor muscles and that will give my shaft a quick jump and my glans will swell a little bit. Sadly, it is very transient.

It’s been 3+ months since I’ve measured or updated pics.
I’m just over 9 months post-op and continue to be incredibly happy with my decision to get implanted.

My sensation is exactly like it was preop. In fact, when I’m inflated my brain interprets the rock hard cock as “OMG I’m so turned on!!” and everything feels better.

Preop I was was 7.125” (length) x 6.5” (girth)
Dr Eid estimated I would be 6.6” x 6.1”
Immediately post-op, 6.75” x 5.5”
1 month 7.125” x 5.875”
2 months 7.125” x 6”
3 months 7.375” x 6.25”
6 months 7.375” x 6.25”
9 months 7.25” x 6.25”

So essentially no change. I wasn’t engorged this time around. Just a quick pump up, grab the ruler and snap a pic. That lack of engorgement explains the 0.125” length difference.

The only issue I’ve run into is that when I maximally inflate, I can run out of fluid. The bulb can’t refill to pump any more fluid. So I suspect that’s it. No further growth. That’s OK with me. By the time I pump to that point I’ve gone well beyond what I use for sex. It’s almost uncomfortably stiff. And 7+ length and 6+ girth is plenty big.

If you are on the fence, find the best high volume surgeon you can and have a consultation with them.

Dr Eid estimated I would be 6.6” x 6.1”

At my pre-op with Dr. Eid, he stretched my flaccid and measured around 6.5" and asked me "is that about right?" I said "Not at all, and besides, your ruler doesn't start with the zero mark right at the end!" Given that, at my last appointment he did ask me how size compared to pre-op, and I told him that it was exactly the same. He works wonders!
