I am into my second month of the cycling program.
My only issue or concern is that when deflated I have a significant dog ear or fold on the bottom of the left hand side cylinder.
Presuming some people may have experienced something similar. If you did, did it change (as in improve or get less noticeable) over time?
I am now certainly a shower (always was) but when flacid it feels full (but can bend penis to 90 degrees so have no concerns about it feeling so fulI).
I find it best to have it pointing up when flacid which unfortunately makes the kink more apparent. If I push or bend (the non erect penis down towards 6 o’clock) I can almost get rid of the kink. But it doesn’t feel comfortable for me.
When erect it points up at around 1.30 o’clock which I am happy with. The dog ear is pretty much gone when erect. There is only a slight residual bump or ridge if that makes sense. Something I can easily live with.
I am not sure if this (dog ear when flaccid) will be a ‘friend’ for life or if it is something that will fade away.
Is there any massaging or gentle stretching exercises that I could or should be doing? Nothing radical, just mainstream sort of stuff. (I just don’t want to be told in years to come I should have done this or that)

Re: Dog ear- permanent or temporary?
Having dog ears is something many guys mention. I haven't had that issue thankfully. I'm going to say since you are just 2 months post-surgery to give it some time. It will soften some and things will settle in.

Cheers, fingers crossed. I guess time will tell.

Re: Dog ear- permanent or temporary?
Is the dog ear painful? If not it’s no big deal, almost nobody will ever see your flaccid penis except you.
If it’s painful or bothers you, you can add some fluid into the implant to inflate it out. This will make you even more of a shower and might make it harder to tuck into your clothes, but it is the typical way men with painful dog ears deal with it.
I think if you have dog ears it’s likely you’ll have them going forward, though they may lessen a bit as the implant softens.

No fortunately it is not painful. It is purely a cosmetic concern.
As I said in a previous post I tend to have my penis pointing north when flaccid.
When flaccid I guess I am around 5 inches length (haven’t yet measured). The penis still has a ‘partial full’ feeling even though it is fully deflated. (Again all okay I can bend it to 90 degree angles). If I chose to bend it down the bulge in my trousers would be very significant. As in too big (for most scenarios) and feels uncomfortable.
I also keep it pointing north when flaccid because in my mind it helped / helps with it pointing to around 1.30 o’clock when erect. I was very diligent about keeping it north after the procedure. No science or factual basis to this, more perhaps a superstition of mine.
I do know when I bend it downward (when flaccid) it reduces the kink. I think of it being straightened like a garden hose that has had a kink in it. So when pointing up my theory is it must be bending up (from the cylinder section that is inside the body) to cause the dog ear.
But on the other hand that doesn’t make sense because when I pump it up and the penis is angled to 1.30 o’clock most of the kink is no longer noticeable (just a slightest of a bump remains if anything).
To confuse things even more I find sometimes when flaccid, when I bend it down and back up north, most of the kink can reduce and be less obvious. This only happens sometimes.
In other words I have no idea of what I am talking about! The only thing I do know is that more often than not I have (when flaccid) a significant kink on the bottom (near the base) left hand cylinder. The penis also tends to naturally fall to the right hand side when pointing upwards . Side note: I read somewhere that most guys dicks naturally fall to the left!
Sorry about the ramble. Be nice if it would eventually disappear (only into 2nd month of cycling). If it ends up being a permanent ‘feature’ it is something I could live with. It would be such a small price to pay to enable having a 100% guaranteed erection if and when needed.
