I ask because on the less qualified reddit community there was a discussion on someone getting an implant who has pelvic floor tension/pudendal issues like myself, and one of the replies said ' do not get an implant until you have fixed your pelvic floor issues as an implant wont 'do shit' if you have pelvic floor issues.
Now I agree it wont take away those issues, nor the pain , but surely it would still work as a cure for the ED caused by said PF problems correct?
Thanks.
Is there any reason an implant wouldnt work for someone with Pelvic floor dysfunction/pudendal neuralgia?

Psych ED since forever less problems being erect alone.
3 kids. Long term partner.
CPPS pudendal neuralgia and muscle tightness in late 2023 making ED worse.
Cialis no longer works. Sildenafil 100mg with diazepam works some of the time.

Never_Enough, separate from the question "will it work", your comment below suggests that the condition is causing you pain now. If so, is there a concern that the implant might make the pain worse ? If so, it would seem that resolving that condition either before, or as part of the surgery, would ensure you get the best quality of life.

From what I know Pudendal Neuralgia is a chronic condition. It can be managed but will not completely heal. I have had pudendal nerve related issues and my ED to a significant extent is related to that. My pudendal nerve issues flare up every once in a while still but is mostly manageable. I don't expect to be fully cured and also can't wait forever injecting myself. I'll be doing my implant surgery soon.
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.
