Pump issues (Rigi Infla10 AX), please help.

Postby richard_goes_bionic » Wed Jan 14, 2026 11:51 pm

Hi, in short. Doctors policy is cycling after 6 weeks, had to much pain so postponed for 2 more weeks but started to drag down the device in scrotum. Tomorrow is week 10 post surgery and still not possible to cycle. Tried with both hands to squeeze the bloody pump but stays hard like a marble. Is there a breaking point the first time which needs tremendous force like to open a valve.
I also try to press the deflation button but nothing happens.
I read some put there junk on a wooden surface or kitchen counter to activate?
The Rigi webside says this.
Pulse™
With the soft pump from Rigicon; easy and quick filling and emptying of fluid.
So far it is a joke.
I am afraid can there be something with the tubing, like you bend your gardenhose 45 degrees the water stops that causes this problem.
In addition the pump occupies to much space in my scrotum and interferes with my left testicle that cause discomfort and some pain which goes all the way to my kidney.
I would appreciate your feedback if you had similar issues.

Good morning, how was your experience with your pump. Any one out there that struggled and found a solution?

Richard,
was it activated initially or were you never able to inflate the implant cylinders at all?

look, the pump is in the beginning very hard and needs probably more force. As you wrote me in your PM, you can't do it the way I'm showing it in my video, using my palm of my hand to squeeze it, you could try to use both hands and press stronger.
After you use the deflate button, you should give one squeeze at the pump and hear or feel a "click" that opens-up the pump for the inflation mode. After that you can inflate the implant until it's hard. After some time of cycling and sex the pump will become softer and you can try the one hand technique of squeezing.
I have the AMS pump and don't know if it's the same with Rigicon?
If you never inflated it until now, you might see your doc to let him work-it out with you.
All the best
Dan

Thanks for your advice. Dr. said he inflate and deflate during operation and saw that it is functioning. After that I was flaccid post op. until now no inflation.
I won't have space for my palm to help squeeze without damaging my balls. Dr. suggested to put it on a hard surface, but the same problem, the discomfort (light pain) in my left testi is nearly constant except when I lay down.
Maybe yes I will have to meet him but thats a journey again I could be without so I try more like he said, to pull down the pump as much as possible and continue to torture myself :D

I don’t know enough about the Rigicon devices, and how hard the pumps are normally, to help. But if it’s this difficult, I might try hitting the *deflate* button several times, in case of a stuck valve. Then try to inflate again, and don’t be afraid to get both hands on it and really squeeze if you can.

I have my right testicle displaced like you do, but mine isn’t causing any pain. You should book an appointment with your surgeon, even if you get the pump working, to address this. Your testicle should not be in constant pain, and that might be causing damage over time.
