I dont know why noone here has Zsi Malleable
It is at par with Rigicon in all terms

What do u think how long will these malleables work for??

Because of the mechanical simplicity, they last a long time. I’ve heard many numbers tossed around. The one Dr Hakky told me is to plan for a revision at around 20 years - but that it wouldn’t be shocking if it lasted longer than that.

The drawback over time with malleables as I understand it is that they can develop “wobbliness” over time as tissue around them atrophies. This also sometimes results in some girth reduction too. As I understand, this shouldn’t impact their ability to provide a penetrative erection - but you may have to “guide” the malleable into your partner by hand in a way you simply wouldn’t have to with an inflatable.

I also understand that if this becomes a significant issue for the parent, that revision to an IPP is possible and would remedy the issue. This is my plan if this happens to me and becomes a significant enough problem.
ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Surgery scheduled for Rigi10 MPP w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026.

Please can u share tips on how to conceal it??

I wear relaxed-fit pants and basketball shorts that go below my knees. I buy tall shirts from the Big & Tall section to cover my best friend. It’s doable for my lifestyle.

How much will it actually bend???

My Genesis bends to about 90 degrees. It can go further, but my scrotum limits it. It’s not perfect though. It slowly rebounds, so I have to re-bend it about every two hours.

How much time will it take??

It took me about 6 weeks to bend.

Are u guys happy with your Tactra or other malleable??

What I love:
-Always ready 24/7. I feel unstoppable and invincible.
-No anxiety about the device breaking down, even if I push it hard.
-Masturbation with sex toys is amazing. Honestly the best thing ever in my experience.

What I hate:
-The tunica doesn’t stretch circumferentially to its elastic limit, and it feels anatomically unnatural.
-When my residual erections are weaker, it feels like plastic pipes inside a pussy. The base also feels wobbly and unstable when the residual erection is low.

Check out my long posts in my signature. Concealment is not an issue.
