Uneven tips placement could this be an erosion risk

Cosmetic. That is an argument there.
But, your surgeons should have some type of warranty on this?

What makes you say it's cosmetic out of curiosity?

You have to see your surgeon, not a PA or nurse. If he doesn’t think there is a problem and you do, get a consult from another high volume surgeon for a second opinion, even if you have to travel to do it.

For anyone who is curious I've emailed Dr Ralphs secretary (don't have a direct email). Will drop the email below and some photos that i think shows blanching a bit better which i included:

"I'm beginning to become concerned around the placement of the right tip of the implant.

I raised this with Josephine in my 2 week post op appointment and the advice was wait to heal, I'm able to inflate and have started cycling. I've now been for a while and have yet to see any improvement.

The right tip is protruding out the right underside of just before my glans. With the right cylinder almost forming a banana shape inwards then back out just before the tip, so the bump is from both sides. This is the case both inflated and deflated but becomes worse when inflated for some time while cycling.

This also seems to be some distance between the tips on bottom where the right tip splays out compared to the top where I can begin to fit my finger between them.

My chief concern is erosion, when I pull more foreskin or gently pull my glans back there is what appears to be blanching under mild tension where the tip is.

It gets red and I feel pain in the location particularly during and after cycling, the pain seems to be increasing in comparison to previous weeks.

This is also an issue during and after masterbation as my fingers rock over and catch the tip, my glans are engorging already so I do not believe they will offer greater protection in the future with further healing.

I also have concerns around functionality, during intercourse with my partner they could feel the tip and it caused them pain.

It looks undersized to me,, but I’m not an expert. Is the other tip midway into the glans? It’s possible you have unequal corpora lengths and need an RTE on that side. Mine are slightly unequal, but both are sufficiently in the glans and the difference is only 1.5mm. There is not an RTE that small so the surgeon had to leave it that way and it is what it is…so far hasn’t caused any problems.

Just in your other comment I missed that, I agree i need to see the surgeon, im very surprised he's no seen me since the surgery and just has a nurse do his post op. Think he did go on holiday but I think that makes for a poor excuse, but let's see the response tomorrow and if he takes it seriously.

He is meant to be the highest volume most experienced surgeon in the uk, which doesn't fill me with much confidence for his peers but it's a very good suggestion if he doesn't want to deal with it i will get another opinion.

The other tip sits very slightly further into the glans, but it's more they are miss aligned on the horizontal and vertical plain not straight out if that makes sense.

Apprantly (according to Google) they can reposition it as I'm relatively early post op. I'm hopefully that's the case and it's an easy fix.
