You’ll still need to pump up your implant to be firm enough for penetration. It’s logical, if Viagra alone was enough for you to successfully have sex, why get an implant and then take Viagra to successfully have sex?

But taking Viagra will likely improve your engorgement when you are turned on. But better yet, consider daily cialis. That way you get some benefit of engorgement, but don’t have to time when you take a tablet.

I don’t believe this is true for a significant amount of men on this site. No tissue is removed, per Dr.Eid, and engorgement is possible. Without engorgement, sex with the implant is not very pleasurable. Arousal and engorgement is what makes sex pleasurable.
