Any and all! Overall it’s better than I had without my implant at least the previous 15 years as I would always be fighting it getting soft at the worst moment. As other said, try different amounts of hardness for your comfort and hers.

Most definitely.
Pace is the same as in your youth, start off slow then build up as intense as your cardio will allow.
If you get an implant do 45 min hill cycles on treadmill at level 16 and above.
