What sex positions are possible with an implant? Is anal sex also possible? Do you have to pay attention to the pace?
58 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004,
Implantation planned for 01/2026. Rigicon Infla AX Pulse by Prof. Dr. Osmonov, Germany.

All positions are possible, for some you might have to vary the hardness of the implant to provide correct comfort and angles. Anal should pose no particular problems.

Pre-op erect measurements:
8.5"L and 6.5"C

Post-op: 8”L and 6”C at one week.
8.5” and 6”C at three weeks with full glans engorgement

confirm - all positions are possible. implant is way hard enough for anal.
55 year old divorced 10 years, now with new partner, struggling with ED. Tried pills, injections, shock therapy. Implanted 22 Jan 2025 with Dr. Darshan Patel, AMS 700 CX 21 cm + 1 cm.

Any and all! Overall it’s better than I had without my implant at least the previous 15 years as I would always be fighting it getting soft at the worst moment. As other said, try different amounts of hardness for your comfort and hers.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
