Keeping your penis upright and your pump down following the surgery?

Dear members, are there any tips on how best to keep your penis upright following the surgery? Maybe props or aid tools that one could get to make it more certain?

The same with pulling your pump down. One could just forget. Any helpful suggestions? Maybe some sort of attachment to keep the darn thing down or something lol

To keep it up, wear a jock strap. Cut a horizontal slit in the top of the pouch under the waistband so the tip of your penis sticks upward out of the pouch (so it’s not getting crushed by the waistband of the jock.

My glans was pretty sensitive initially and wearing a babysock over my be penis solved that.

I wore a looser pair of boxer briefs over all of that for comfort.


I didn’t need to do any of the pulling or tugging of the pump. Mine was in a good spot and never gave me problems. So I’ll let other guys give their hints about the pump.

This is exactly what I did, it worked well. Toward the end of needing all this support I even did some running with gym shorts over it all and that worked well. In the case of exercise the baby sock is crucial.
