Vigra and implant
If I take Viagra, will I have an erection? Will I need to add the same number of pumps again to activate the implant?

Re: Vigra and implant
You’ll still need to pump up your implant to be firm enough for penetration. It’s logical, if Viagra alone was enough for you to successfully have sex, why get an implant and then take Viagra to successfully have sex?
But taking Viagra will likely improve your engorgement when you are turned on. But better yet, consider daily cialis. That way you get some benefit of engorgement, but don’t have to time when you take a tablet.

Re: Vigra and implant
If you have an implant, Viagra will not help because the two erectile tissues in the penis will be destroyed. Perhaps the third erectile tissue at the base of the penis and the glans will receive better blood flow. That's all.
