Howmany implanted men used a penis pump prior to getting the implant? Was it recommended by your Dr?

It was so widely recommended by guys here that I had started months before seeing an implant surgeon. I just used the cheapest one I could fine while I was getting cleaned up in the bathroom each morning. It became part of that routine. Not more than 20-25 minutes I think.

I could see the improvement in size over the course of a couple months of that consistent (but short amount of time time each day) use. I believe it reclaimed size I had lost to atrophy from ED (less nocturnal erections during that time, less stretching of the tissue naturally).

My surgeon (Dr Eid) didn’t think it make a difference so he didn’t recommend it. But I saw the difference with my own eyes.

I don’t think it made me longer/bigger than I was as a young man. But I think I reclaimed some lost size and got me back to where I had been before.

Dr. FrankTalk recommends these if your goal is to maintain or even increase the size of your penis after implant. Dr. RealOnes don't always give a shit about that. From their perspective, some guy gives him no info about size and hadn't heard of VEDs just like me, it might just never come up. And that's not a complaint from the doctor because implant will solve this medical problem, and going from a 6.5" to 6.1" penis is not a medical mistake, at least from their perspective.

My doctor didn't tell me to use one, probably because he didn't give a crap if my 8.75"x5.7" dick got bigger or smaller.

But that letter was just a random HR think I think. He obviously did mine. And I don't know if it's possible if you didn't bring up VEDs cause we approached this pretty quickly, or if you knew my Viagra abuse will make it unnecessary, or if he was retiring and never did report these. Whatever. Final point that matters:

As far as the real scientific evidence that supports using them, I realized I should link it in google scholars and I believe it shows you 32 other legitimate sources have cited in this Summers study as important. So...

If you care about your size, use one months before several times a week. If you don't, then don't.

I take a different point of view. Maybe it might help? But if done in a safe manner? It is unlikely to do any harm. And there is a feeling by the patient that he is doing something worthwhile. So I see that as a win.

If you don't use a VED & you aren't happy your sugery outcome? You'll likely beat yourself up for the life span of your IPP. I suggest to do it at least some.
